Centralization
A (more) centralized organization corresponds to the so-called classic model of the 20th century which is behind the majority of formal institutions and groupings. Also known in English as "command and control". It is a form of organization where the vast majority of decision-making and strategic power is located at the center, ie at the executive level of the organization, which is typically a restricted circle of people. The vast majority of decisions are made within the executive circle and are then passed on to the rest of the group for execution. - The HUB
