Your goal should be a team that wants to collectively build something. Share responsibility with at least 1 other in facilitating the process of starting a group.Throughout the process, you should think about leadership development in addition to the process of building a group. By the end, everyone should know how to facilitate, for example. Facilitate parts of the process in pairs, and rotate responsibilities.
A great place to start is agreement that your group wants to collectively build something.
