Workers' struggles have restricted the exploitation of working people through certain frameworks such as the 8-hour working day, work insurance, minimum wage, etc. These gains are questioned by companies and states. Indeed, capitalist logic seeks to maximize the exploitation of working people (“it's more profitable”). [1]
