The Coastal Gaslink (CGL) pipeline 

  • CGL applied for an injunction, and received it, to continue building on unceded Wet'suwet'en territory without their free, prior and informed consent [2]

The Transmountain (TMX) pipeline 

  • TMX was granted an injunction to build on unceded Secwepemc Nation territory [3]
Teal Jones logging company
  • Teal Jones was granted an injunction to log remaining old growth trees on Pacheedaht First Nation territory [4]
