Diversity is "the state of being diverse or having variety" and "the practice or quality of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc." -Oxford [1]
In the context of a social movement made up of several groups, diversity is observed at the level of tactics, structure etc. It constitutes the ecosystem of the movement.
